Hamid Shemshad, one of the supporters of the Iranian People’s Fedaii Guerrilla Organization was arrested in Vancouver - Canada and is to be extradited to the Islamic Regime of Iran. Our legal actions have not been successful so far and in case of his return to Iran he will face execution. Hamid’s brother whom was a supporter of our organization was executed by shooting in Shahrivar 1368 (1988) by the Islamic Regime of Iran.
